As part of Nour’s mission to transform women’s health through education and early intervention, she offers talks to young girls about puberty, what constitutes a healthy period, and body awareness. These sessions are designed to help girls understand what’s normal and what’s not when it comes to their menstrual health, empowering them to speak up early, seek support, and care for their bodies with confidence.
With conditions like Endometriosis taking an average of seven years to diagnose, Nour believes that early education can play a crucial role in reducing this delay. By raising awareness and introducing girls to conditions like Endometriosis and PCOS, she helps them recognise when something isn’t right.
